In 2022 we had our first animation project at UCA. I had no clue what to base mine on... until I realised I could turn my annoyance toward the kid next door into university work, it's free. The entire 3 years I was at UCA I had the pleasure of living next to Micheal and his family. Whether it was yelling at games until 5 AM, loudly kicking and bouncing balls for hours on end, winding up his brothers for fun or playing loud music in the garden, he always found a way to be the loudest, most annoying child I'd ever known. He'd kept me awake, woken me up and disturbed my work countless times so I made an animation as a way to get something positive out of the situation.

This animation was animated completely digitally on Procreate and then edited together with sound on Adobe After Effects. Considering this was my first time experimenting with animation, I believe I did quite well. Just don't show Micheal or his parents, I don't think they'd find this as fun as I do.
